Commissioned by an advertising agency, the renovation of a full floor (15,000 sf) of an iconic Wall Street area building will be completed by Spring 2014. The program calls for the complete re-styling of the office’s image, providing open work space for both partners and employees, while maintaining smaller work zones for brain-storming, in-house presentations, and formal meetings.
